Hotmelt Adhesive, also known as hot glue is a 100% solid type adhesive. To apply Hotmelt Adhesive, the adhesive must be heated to melt the solid form into liquid form. Upon cooling, the adhesive will begin to solidify and bond the two materials together. Hotmelt Adhesive are widely used in several industries, particularly those with automated labelling machine or end of line automated packaging systems. For example, Food & Beverage, Frozen and canned foods, Furniture & Woodworking including Automotive parts, Printing as well as Consumer Packaged Goods.

To use Waterbased Adhesive, simply apply the adhesive onto the surface of the materials to be bonded. Join the 2 materials together to allow the adhesive to become absorbed into the pores of the materials, which will act as an anchorage. Once water has evaporated, and adhesive film will be formed to bond the materials together. Solventbased Adhesives come in a liquid form. The components are usually mixed and dissolved in traditional aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. After applying onto the surface of the materials to be bonded, the solvents in the adhesive will evaporate leaving behind an adhesive film that will bond the two materials together.
